Create an SLO with a simple query and save

Bug Description

When users attempt to edit the query that was saved when the Service Level Objective (SLO) was created, the "Update Filter" button freezes and does not seem to do anything, making it impossible to edit the query at the moment.

Steps to Reproduce the Bug

To reproduce the bug, follow these steps:

Create an SLO with a simple query and save: Navigate to the SLO creation page and create a new SLO with a simple query. Save the SLO.
Open the SLO to edit: Open the saved SLO to edit its properties.
Click on the query field to edit, change the syntax or conditions, click update filter button: Click on the query field to edit it, make some changes to the syntax or conditions, and then click the "Update Filter" button.

Expected Behavior

The expected behavior is that the "Update Filter" button saves the new query, allowing the user to save a new SLI definition to update the SLO.
