Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire distributed to all respondents, processed using a single table, cross table, and hypothesis test using the Spearman correlation coefficient formula.

Results

The results of this study show that extension communication in the socialization of e-dokter applications has a positive and significant influence on the attitude of the government apparatus in North Binjai District. The correlation value for the cognitive aspect reaches 0.600, which shows a strong relationship. Meanwhile, for the affective aspect, the correlation value reached 0.643, also indicating a strong relationship. For the conative aspect, the correlation value obtained is 0.414, which shows adequate relationships.

Discussion

The results of this study provide useful insights for policy makers and counseling organizers in developing more effective communication strategies, so as to increase technology adoption among government officials. By increasing understanding, emotional acceptance, and motivation to act, it is hoped that e-dokter applications can be implemented better, which in turn will have a positive impact on health services in the region.
