The independent variables studied are regional original income and regional expenditure, while the dependent variable is the use of the regional budget. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis.

Results

The results of this study showed that partially, the composition of local revenues had a significant positive influence on the use of the budget. In addition, the concentration of regional spending also has a significant positive impact on the use of the budget. This shows that both regional and regional revenue and regional expenditure contribute significantly to budget management in regencies/cities in North Sumatra Province.
