Specifically, 57.1% or 80 of the 140 respondents showed an excellent resilience level, indicating a strong ability to adapt to new conditions and maintain positive thinking. Conversely, 31.4% of respondents were in the low category, showing the presence of several individuals with poor psychological resilience. Meanwhile, 11.4% of respondents were in the medium category, which indicates that they have a fairly good level of resilience.
