Additionally, this study aims to analyze and define an alternative business development strategy that is suitable for the twin brick business. The data used in this study consisted of primary data obtained through observation and interviews, as well as secondary data taken from related documents. The data is then analyzed using descriptive methods and qualitative analysis through the SWOT matrix.
