This study aims to analyze the relationship between procedural justice and job satisfaction and managerial performance through budget participation in SOE plantation companies in North Sumatra.

Budget participation is a process that involves the preparation of a budget with the active role of MPP. The role of MPP in this process is closely related to procedural justice. Procedural justice refers to the fair and transparent decision-making process, including the similarity of opportunities to express opinions, disclosure of information, and decision-making processes that are not discriminatory. Methodology
