Statistical analysis revealed that there was no significant difference between the 0th and 3rd hours (p = 0.294), but there was a significant difference between the 3rd and 24th hour (p = 0.001) and between the 24th and 72 hours (p = 0.001).

Discussion

The results of this study demonstrate that the management of * One Hur Bundle Sepsis * has a positive impact on the decline in sofa scores, indicating an improvement in organ function over time.
