On the other hand, NPM was proven to have a positive and significant influence on the level of disclosure of financial statements, indicating that companies with higher net profit tend to be more open in presenting their financial information.

These findings provide valuable insight for investors and other stakeholders to understand the factors that can affect the transparency of the company's financial statements, as well as showing the importance of NPM as an indicator of financial health that can encourage greater disclosure.
