This study aims to identify the effect of several variables on foreign bank credit risk in Indonesia, including Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), Growth Gross Product Growth (GDP), Exchange Rate, Bank Indonesia Certificate (SBI) Certificate, Inflation, and Bank Size.

Inflation and Exchange Rate

Meanwhile, exchange rate fluctuations can affect the payment of customer debt that borrowed in foreign exchange, although it does not show a significant effect in the context of this study.
