The data analysis technique applied is multiple linear regression.

Analysis of Research Results

The results of this study showed that the Board of Commissioners partially had a significant positive influence on tax management. However, the audit committee and the amount of compensation received by the Board of Commissioners and the Board of Directors did not show a significant effect on tax management. On the other hand, the level of debt and profitability of the company turned out to have a significant negative influence on tax management.
