Through the application of the mass balance and green value stream mapping (GVSM) method, this study analyzes the waste produced by Ponimin MSMEs. The first step in this analysis is to identify and measure the waste produced during the tofu production process, both organic and unused waste.

After the waste analysis is carried out, various alternative waste management is then proposed to the company. The main goal is to increase the company's green productivity index (GPI). From a series of alternatives given, the Analytical Network Process (ANP) method is used to select the best options that can be implemented. ANP is an effective method in the assessment of complex decisions and involves many criteria, which are very relevant for this context.
