Introduction
Anotfalmia socket, which occurs after eviseration, often causes various problems, one of which is secretion or expenditure from sockets. This secretions are an important concern, because it affects 93% of anoftalmia socket patients. Various characteristics of secretions make the analysis of it very necessary. In addition, severe drought in the socket is often caused by a decrease in tear production, which can be detected through a schhhhirmer test. The results showed that more than 75% of the anoftalmia socket experienced this problem. This condition is exacerbated by the existence of tear secretion that is trapped between the prosthesis and socket, which requires patients to clean their prosthesis regularly, even once a month.

Methodology
The type of research used is analytic observational with cross-sectional design using control. The research subject consisted of 30 patients with post-eviseration unilateral anoftalmia sockets who had undergone leather fat grafts, taken from the University of North Sumatra and Network Hospital. The research data was collected between May and June 2018 and involved a total of 60 eyes (30 unilateral anoftalmia sockets and 30 contralateral eyes).

From the results of the study, it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between the frequency of cleaning the prosthesis with the frequency of secretions and the quantity of tear layers in the anoftalmia socket after eviseration with skin fat grafts. In addition, there is a significant difference between the average value of the tear layer test results in the anoftalmia socket compared to normal eyes. This knowledge is important in the handling of patients with anoftalmia socket, especially in an effort to maintain eye health and prevent further complications.
